Has anyone verified recently that the video is giving the correct info to set up outlook. I've done it on my computer and on my partner and neither can send, they both receive though.
Any help would be appreciated

Kevin, per corporate, you should call your District Manager - Tyler Eaton for you - and ask him to solve the problem. If he can't do it, he can coordinate with IT to get it fixed. That ought to take care of the problem.
But if it doesn't come back and tell us, and we'll try something else.

Well i found the solution. Jeff Porter told me about it. The incoming server is set to what the City1st video said pop.syptec.com, and the outgoing was changed to whatever my Internet service provider says. In my case with comcast it was smtp.comcast.net. Problem solved, it only took 3 months or so!
